

MIKE MARCOU
HEAD COACH - NCDC
A former AHL and ECHL professional hockey player, Marcou brings previous coaching experience from the Reading Royals ECHL team to PAL. In 2020, Marcou was names Coach of the Year for the USPHL NCDC Division in his first year as head coach of the PAL Jr Islanders.
Prior to turning pro, Marcou played four seasons at the UMass-Amherst (2008-12). He was the team’s alternate captain in his junior and senior seasons. In his sophomore campaign, he was selected as the team’s co-Most Improved Player. In 117 collegiate games, Marcou recorded 43 points (17g) and 77 penalty minutes.

RON KINNEAR
GENERAL MANAGER
With over 25 years’ experience in junior hockey, Ron Kinnear provides valuable leadership to the Jr. Blades organization. Having helped found the N.Y. Bobcats of the AJHL and the Junior Islanders of the USPHL, Kinnear serves as the President of the Jr. Blades and GM of the Jr. Islanders
Ron has helped lead teams to 12 USA Hockey National appearances and won it all in 2008. Ron has produced numerous NHL, professional and collegiate players and continues to dedicate his time to the development of USA hockey.
